Cannescape's Inaugural Overnight Event & Launch Party

Our inaugural Cannescape overnight event took place at San Francisco's iconic Phoenix Hotel on February 12-13th. We held a CBD and cannabis cocktail happy hour + launch party with bites during the Super Bowl. This was followed by a four course dinner that included a Kale Salad with shaved carrot, ume vinegar, spiced pepitas & grana; Kampachi Crudo with yellowtail, pickled gooseberries, Fresno peppers, blood orange, herb oil & crispy garlic; Rasta Pasta with fettuccini, grilled chicken & fine herbs; and finally, a Seasonal Deconstructed Cheesecake with a mixed berry compote & Nilla Wafer crumble.

The next morning, our guests enjoyed a Seasonal Yogurt Parfait with granola, berries & CBD honey and a Cast Iron Shakshuka with fine herbs, eggs, olive oil & Maldon salt.
