BIC EZ Reach Lighter Supper Club with SWED featuring celebrity Icons Martha Stewart & Snoop Dog

For 420, Cannescape produced an immersive, choose-your-mood cannabis dining experience in collaboration with BIC EZ Reach Lighter and SWED, the cannabis lifestyle brand founded by Snoop Dogg. Inspired by BIC’s “Ultimate Mood Masters” campaign featuring Snoop Dogg and Martha Stewart, the Supper Club invited guests into a multi-sensory exploration of flavor, flame, and terpenes—where cannabis pairings replaced traditional wine pairings.

Hosted by Cannescape cannabis expert Jackie and Chef Haejin Chun, the evening guided guests through a four-course terpene-driven tasting menu designed around two distinct moods:

  • Martha’s Mood – Cooling, uplifting, elegant (citrus, mint, pineapple, bergamot)

  • Snoop’s Mood – Grounding, warm, West Coast-inspired (ginger, sage, chocolate, elderberry)

Each guest selected their mood upon arrival, received a signature mocktail and tincture pairing, and was seated at a tablescape designed to reflect their chosen vibe. Throughout the evening, dishes were ignited and finished tableside using the BIC EZ Reach Lighter, reinforcing the interplay between fire, aroma, and experience.

Bread Service: Setting the Spark

Guests lit their own butter candle and vegan cheese fondue using BIC EZ Reach Lighters, warming the cheese tableside and engaging immediately with the ritual of flame.

During this opening moment, Cannescape introduced the fundamentals of terpenes—the aromatic compounds found in both food and cannabis—and how they interact with the body’s endocannabinoid system to influence mood, clarity, relaxation, and focus.

Each oyster was presented beneath a smoking cloche, ignited tableside with wood chips using the BIC EZ Reach Lighter. Guests were invited to notice how citrus, mint, ginger, and sage aromatics mirrored the terpene profiles found in specific cannabis cultivars.

Course II: Building Complexity

Chef Haejin torched the salmon tableside, illustrating how heat amplifies aroma—just as combustion activates cannabis compounds. This course deepened the conversation around how method of consumption influences effect.

Terpene Sensory Interlude

Midway through dinner, guests engaged in an interactive terpene exploration, smelling isolated terpene samples and comparing them to cannabis flower. Cannescape facilitated discussion around recognition, emotional response, and personal consumption preferences.

The meringue was flambéed tableside, closing the evening with spectacle and sensory warmth. The final conversation focused on reading cannabis labels, understanding terpene profiles, and consuming responsibly.

The Experience

More than a dinner, the BIC EZ Reach Lighter Supper Club with SWED demonstrated how cannabis can be integrated into hospitality with intention, education, and elevated design. From candle lighting to flambéed finales, every moment was choreographed to connect flame, flavor, and feeling.

Guests departed with curated gift bags and a deeper understanding of how to select cannabis not just by THC percentage—but by terpene profile and desired mood.

This event marked BIC’s first direct-to-consumer cannabis dining activation and showcased Cannescape’s ability to produce culturally relevant, brand-integrated experiences at the intersection of food, design, and cannabis.
